Body

Practiced with intention and consistency, Yoga is both a work-out and a work-in. The physical results naturally come - strength, openness, ease in the body - but they are the by-product of something much deeper. Through intelligent sequencing, the energy flows and you come back to a state of peace and balance.

Mind

The body is the doorway. Once physical awareness is established, you get access to the more subtle, your mind. Through the meditation and breathwork practices you will find on the App, you will train the mental faculties that shape everything else: focus, presence, clarity.

Energy

Energy is the most subtle layer — and the most transformative. It becomes accessible only when the body is open and purified, the mind clear and calm. Through meditation, breathwork and recovery practices, you learn to tap into something that goes beyond the physical. This is where the practice leaves the mat and begins to shape the way you move through life.

Behind Embody

Embody comes from my own experience with yoga. I've been practicing for over a decade, and started teaching a few years in. This practice has lived and evolved with me — and what I've witnessed, in myself and in my students, has always been transformative on every level. Not just physically. Globally.

At some point, yoga stopped being something I did — and became part of who I am. I've always respected its teachings and philosophy, and turned it into a real lifestyle. It changed my body, yes. But also my mindset, the way I handle situations, my relationships, the way I carry myself, my confidence. Indirectly, it allowed me to accomplish everything else in my life — because it taught me discipline, calm, and quiet assurance. It made me the best version of myself.

That's the message I want Embody to carry. I'm a founder. I've been living in big cities like Paris or New York. I know what a demanding, high-functioning life looks like — the stress, the pace, the pressure of modern life. And yoga has been my constant. Not because I practice all day and renounce everything else. But because I've learned to bring the teachings with me, everywhere.

You don't need to be on your mat for hours to be a yogi. Even 20 minutes of practice a day, done with intention, will start to change things. Progressively, you embody the practice — and it begins to shape the rest of your life.
